How to Join Pacific Associates IPA
Pacific Associates is an IPA (Independent Physicians Association) that contracted with independent physicians, healthcare providers to manage healthcare needs of its members with a HMO Health insurance plan.

To determine if you are eligible to join Pacific Associates IPA, please follow the simple steps below:

Check to see if you have a HMO health insurance plan.

Check to see if your HMO health plan is one of our contracted Health Plan
-
Check if your primary care physician is one of our contracted providers.
​
If you already have an IPA and want to switch over to Pacific Associates IPA, please contact your Health Plan and ask to switch your IPA to Pacific Associates under your current primary care physicians.
